Apostolic Nuncio visits Ho Diocese of the Catholic Church

Ho, May 29, GNA – The Apostolic Nuncio to Ghana, Most Reverend Archbishop George Kochery is to begin a weeklong official pastoral visit to the Ho Diocese of the Catholic Church on Saturday May 29. According to a programme released by the Ho Diocesan Catholic Secretariat the Apostolic Nuncio would on his way to Ho make a stopover at Frankadua in the Eastern Region where he would meet the Catholic congregation.

He would call on the Agbogbomefia, Togbe Afede XIV and the Volta Regional Minister, Mr Kwasi Owusu-Yeboa and confirm new members into the Church in Ho.

He would perform a number of religious and social activities at Sokode-Gbogame, Shia and the Ho Leprosarium, Golokwati, Hohoe, Lolobi, Alavanyo Agoxoe and Golokwati in the Hohoe District and at Kpando. He would hold a meeting with Priests and later have supper with them at the Koning’s Social Centre at Ho on Thursday June 3 to round off his visit.
