Anyinasuso installs Nkosuohene

Anyinasuso (Ash), July 25, GNA – The chiefs and people of Anyinasuso in the Ahafo-Ano North District at the weekend installed Nana Boakye Yiadom, 36, as Nkosuohene.

The Nkosuhene, who is known in private life as George Asubonteng, is a Zonal Co-ordinator of the National Disaster Management Organisation.

Nana Barfour Gyan, the chief of Anyinasuso, praised Nana Boakye for his dedication, discipline and sense of patriotism, which prompted the traditional rulers and the people to honour him.

Nana Boakye thanked the chiefs and the people for honouring him and pledged to unite them for the development of the area.

He appealed to the youth to be disciplined, refrain from alcoholism, drug abuse, armed robbery and sexual promiscuity.

Nana Boakye urged the youth to actively participate in politics but cautioned them not to allow themselves to be used by politicians to disturb the prevailing peace and stability of the country.
