Another man is shot and killed in Toronto

Two people have died after being shot in east-end Toronto in less than 24 hours.

Police say Benjamin Owusu Brefo died after being shot Monday night in the Queen Street East and Kingston Road area.

Police say the 29-year-old man died in hospital.

Investigators are looking for a taxi driver who gave a suspect in the shooting a ride from the crime scene.

And early on Monday, Clifenton Ford, 38, died after being shot at a sports bar on Eglinton Avenue near Midland Avenue.

Police are asking anyone who was at G’s Chill And Grill Sports Bar early Monday morning to contact investigators.
