Anloga Carpenters Union donates to Manhyia Palace

Kumasi, June 26, GNA – The Anloga Carpenters Union has donated benches and chairs to the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi. The donation was to assist the Palace to provide enough seats for people who went there during occasions. Reverend S.K. Fugah, President of the Union, who presented the furniture, commended Manhyia for supporting migrants in the Ashanti Region and said the Asantehene had been a mentor and inspirer to the people.

He wished the Asantehene well in his reign to foster development and peaceful co-existence among all tribes and ethnic groups. Otumfuo Osei Tutu, who received the furniture, thanked the Union for the gesture.
