Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur is starting a four day campaign tour of his Touching Base Campaign in the Northern Region for the Second time today.
The visit would take him to Kumbungu, Bunkpurugu/Yunyoo, Nalerigu, Savelugu and Tamale.
He would use the occasion to call on chiefs and opinion leaders, meet with party supporters and interact with student, among others.
