Board Member of the Electricity Company of Ghana, Allotey Jacobs has slammed critics over the amount of money spent on the ECG board members, asking, “what is the big deal if i sleep in a first class hotel, GH¢300 a night?
The Communications Director for the NDC in the Central Region revealed that the ECG board hosts him in a GH¢300 a night hotel anytime he comes to Accra for meetings and is unable to return to his Cape Coast abode, stressing that “there is nothing wrong with the board spending that money on his hotel bills.”
