Accra, Aug. 18, GNA – The Police on Monday explained that a man identified as Emmanuel Lartey, believed to be a brother to one Lt-Col. Larry Gbevlo Lartey (pictured) of the Ghana Armed Forces was allegedly attacked by armed robbers on Saturday at the Shai Hills area on the Tema-Akuse road.
