Meanwhile, a former Parliamentary candidate for South Dayi and an agent of Alan Kyeremanten clashed with the NPP Volta regional Chairman during Sunday’s super delegate’s congress of the party.

In scenes described as ugly by Starrfmonline.com sources, the regional chairman John Peter was asked by pressmen to pose by the ballot for a photograph after he had cast his vote.

However, this move did not go down well with Mr. Ken Anku, who started shouting at the regional chairman amid casting aspersions at him.

Mr. Anku obviously angry asked the regional chairman to leave the Voting area after calling him a “traitor” for crossing carpets to join the Nana Addo camp after he had campaigned for Alan Kyeremanten.

However, some party officials who were at the scene managed to calm nerves and prevent the verbal fight between the two gentlemen from getting into fisticuffs.
