Akufo-Addo promises to revive ‘dead’ NHIS

The presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Wednesday assured the people of Ayawaso Central in the Greater Accra Region that his administration will make it a priority to revive the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) which the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) has succeeded in rendering inefficient.

Nana Addo made the statements when he was addressing party faithfuls in the Ayawaso Central constituency as part of his Greater Accra campaign tour.

He hinted that his administration will put much effort to ensure a 100 % effective and efficient health insurance scheme to serve the people of Ghana.

Nana Addo pleaded with the people of Ayawaso Central to have hope in him and cast their vote for him come December 7th as well as the NPP parliamentary candidate for the area Henry Quartey.

Nana Addo visited Kotababi, Alajo, Accra Newtown and other areas within the constituency.
