Akufo-Addo nominates Metropolitan Chief Executives

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has given the nod to four individuals to be vetted for the position of Metropolitan Chief Executives in four regions.

Iddrisu Musah and Odododiodio Member of Parliament aspirant and Mohammed Adjei Sowah have been nominated for the position of MCE for Tamale and Accra Metro respectively.

The remaining two are Anthony K.K Sam and Osei Assibey Antwi. Mr. Sam will head the Western regional capital while Mr. Assibey Antwi will be expected to take the reins in the Ashanti regional capital, Kumasi.

The press release signed by Communications Director, Eugene Arhin also announced the appointment of Charles Bissue as a Presidential Staffer but subject to consultation of the Council of State.
