Akufo-Addo is not making promises he cannot keep – NPP MP

Hon. Joseph Osei Wusu a Ranking Member of the Constitutional and Legal Committee in Parliament has said, there is no doubt that Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo remains the only competent and incorruptible leader to help transform, and manage Ghana’s economy better than what the incompetent Mahama-led administration is doing.

The Asante Bekwai MP says, Nana Akufo-Addo is not making promises he cannot keep and has admonished electorates to vote massively for him. He said the campaign message of the NPP is solid and has given hope to electorates. He called on voters to trust Nana Akufo-Addo because he will deliver.

The NDC has failed to solve the unemployment crisis in Ghana, government has scrapped the nursing and teacher training allowances, farmers are suffering, traders are suffering, the various social interventions- including the National Health Insurance introduced by former President Kufour is near collapse.

This shows clearly that the NDC cannot manage this country well. He added, the major challenge confronting financing of the NHIS is mismanagement and misappropriation of resources allocated to the scheme.

The Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty (LEAP) he alleged, is benefiting only party supporters of the ruling government.

Workers have not been paid, Ghana’s economy is crippling under this administration. Nana Addo is offering hope to Ghanaians and we have to buy his message and support his vision to save Ghana.
