Akufo-Addo does not attract floating voters – Apraku

Dr. Konadu Apraku has stated that although Nana Akufo-Addo might look attractive to NPP members who are pushing for him to lead them, it has been erroneous on their part to point it out that he doesn’t command that attractiveness to lure floating voters to his side.

The former Minister of Trade and Industry, Regional Cooperation and NEPAD, remarked on OKAY FM that it appears truth has been subdued within the NPP, so anytime stalwarts of the party touched on the subject, some unscrupulous persons were ready to attack.

Dr. Apraku observed that it absolutely makes no sense to win elections within any political party and lack the efficacy to transcend that winning ways into general elections.

According to him, before ex-President Kufuor led the NPP into victory, one thing he paid attention to was to appeal to the floating voter through humility. He advised that Akufo-Addo could follow in that footstep since that would attract the floating voters the party needs.
