Akim Osino Anglican Church constructs Mission house

Akim Osino (E/R), July 13, GNA – Members of Osino Anglican Church have raised an amount of 3,500 Ghana cedis to construct a mission house. The Project Officer, Mr. Ned Affum told the Ghana News Agency at a sod cutting ceremony that the project would last for three years. Mr. Affum said the project includes the construction of a three-room block, with a kitchen toilet and bathroom. He said the Church would raise further funds through the organization of fund-raising activities and annual harvests. A leading member of the Church, Mr Jonas Ampaw confirmed the story and said members of the Church would also offer communal labour to support the project. He said the youth of the Church are currently engaged in dawn preaching and house-to-house evangelism to win more souls for Jesus Christ. 13 July 2008.
