Airport City Association launched

The Airport City Association (ACA), an alliance formed to collaborate the activities of the Accra Airport enclave has been launched.

The association is aimed at providing a network of building owners and tenants to maintain high security protocol in the vicinity.

Mr Salah K. Kalmoni, the Executive Director of Silver Star Tower Limited and President of ACA, said the purpose of forming the Association was to ensure proper transparency and representation among the owners and developers of the area.

He said the idea was to have a common area service, business networking and to market the area across the African continent.

ACA would promote technology and deliver exceptional service through precision execution and innovative leadership.

Mr Kalmoni said the Association would help take care of issues such as vehicles parking on roads and checking vagabonds in the area.

He said the Association was also in connection with the national security and the police to ensure the right measures are in place.

Mr Charles Asare, the Managing Director of Ghana Airports Company Limited, congratulated the organizers for forming the Association saying this would further develop the enclave and create a platform of a shared vision.
