Agyarko pays stipends to NPP executives nationwide

Nsuta (V/R), Nov. 6, GNA- Mr Aboagye Agyarko, a presidential aspirant of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) has started paying monthly stipend to all party executives in the country.

Since September this year, Mr Agyarko has been paying GH=A220 to each of the executives.

Mr Agyarko who announced this at a meeting with some executives of the Akan and Buem Constituencies at Nsuta near Jasikan said the gesture was a bail out for the executives who were sacrificing for the good of the Party.

He appealed to the Party’s hierarchy to stick to whatever blueprint they had set for the election of a flagbearer to avoid confusion at the elections.

Mr Agyarko proposed to form a club to be known as club 100 in every region with a view to creating job opportunities for party supporters to become successful businessmen. He said the Party needed a leader whose clean record would save it from attack and able to attract floating voters to help win the 2008 elections.
