Agona Communities Embark On 40mC Electrification Project

Agona Ninta (C/R), – Six communities in the Agona district of the Central region have initiated an electrification project estimated at 40 million cedis. The communities are Dziborase, Ninta, Ninta Junction, Atakwaa, Jerusalem and Teacher Okai. Mr. S.K. Asante, assemblyman for Teacher Okai, announced this at a meeting with the people. Mr. Asante urged the people provide communal labour and to pay their development levies of 10,000 cedis a man and 5,000 cedis a woman promptly to help complete the project on schedule.
