Afrikids Trains 35 Master Trainers.

Mr. David Pwalua, Acting Director of Afrikids Ghana, an NGO, has appealed to master trainers to train sponsored Afrikids apprentices.

Mr. Pwalua said this at a day’s workshop organized for 35 master vocational trainers in Bolgatanga.

He said Afrikids Ghana had initiated a policy which paid GH¢40 per trainee per month as an incentive to enable them feel at home to undertake the various vocational training provided them.

This would empower rejected and vulnerable children to improve their lives for a better future.

He said the trainees would be trained in sewing, hair dressing, weaving, carpentry and electricals.

Mad Sheila Larry on behalf of her colleague trainers commended the organizers of the workshop and assured Afrikids they would take good care of the trainees.**
