Nana Efua Ansaadze was in Mankessim in response to an appeal by Nana Araba Otuaa II, Queen mother of the Mankessim Traditional Area to the Church for help in equipping the hospital in the town and establishing a computer training school.

She was installed when Nana Otuaa accompanied her to Ansaadze to donate dressing materials to some children.

Nana Ansaadze pledged to do her best to help the people to develop the village and promised to establish a day-care centre for the people. Nana Esuon VI, Chief of the village appealed to the government to step down the high-tension electricity cables, which passed through the village to enable the people to get connected to the national grid. Nana Otua appealed to the chiefs to release lands to people who would want to invest in the community.

“Availability of free lands will attract more investors to your area, she stated.

She appealed to the people to register with the National Health Insurance Scheme to enable them to enjoy quality health care.
