Adweso Calvery Methodist members undertake health walk

Koforidua, Aug. 6, GNA – The Adweso Calvery Methodist Church, near Koforidua, on Saturday morning organized a health walk for its members to help improve their health. The members started the walk from the church premises at about 0500 hours to Koforidua Male 50 and back to the church where they went through some aerobic exercises before dispersing. Addressing the members after the walk, the Society Steward of the church, Mr Robert Ayim, asked the members to take their health and spiritual needs very serious. He said the church had decided to organize the health walk every Saturday preceding Akwasidae and on every public holiday so that members could exercise their body.
