Adehye Keep Fit Club organizes community aerobics

Adehye Keep Fit Club of Adweso, near Koforidua, observed the birth day of Osagyefuo Dr Kwame Nkrumah, the first President of Ghana, with mass sports for people within the community.

Members of the Adweso community of different age groups came out in their numbers including members of the various church organizations in the community, to take part in a walk followed by an hour of aerobics.

Later, the people participated in various games, including lime and spoon race, shadow racing and others.

In a health talk, Mr Asamoah Boateng from the Koforidua Regional Hospital, advised people to live positive lives and always have positive minds about others.

He said, often people who forgave and forgot about the past, lived longer than people who often held on to the past and could not forgive others for the wrongs they had done them.
