The Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) PLC will remain Swedru All Blacks Football Club’s official banking and matchday sponsor after the two parties renewed their partnership for the 2026/27 season.
The agreement was formally announced at a ceremony held at ADB’s head office in Accra on Monday, October 19, 2026.
ADB Deputy Managing Director in charge of Services, Professor Ferdinand Ahiakpor, said the bank was pleased to continue backing one of Ghana’s oldest football clubs.
He said the arrangement reflected ADB’s wider aim of creating strategic partnerships while supporting and developing communities. Professor Ahiakpor added that the bank and Swedru All Blacks were united by shared values of transformation, innovation and excellence.
Swedru All Blacks are seeking to rebuild the club’s legacy, while ADB is pursuing its objective of becoming one of the top three banks in Ghana. As part of the renewed agreement, the bank has also promised additional incentives to encourage the club during the campaign.
Club President Stephen Atto Quayson and Communications Director Nathaniel Obeng represented Swedru All Blacks at the ceremony and welcomed the continuation of the relationship.
Obeng said the timing of the agreement was important, explaining that it would offer the club both financial and psychological support as it works to improve its competitiveness in the Ghana Premier League.
Swedru All Blacks make strong start
The Black Magicians have taken 11 points from their opening seven matches of the 2026/27 campaign.
They have also recorded consecutive victories against Asante Kotoko and Karela United, results which have helped them move into seventh place in the league table.
The club will now look to build on that start with the backing of its renewed partnership with ADB as it pursues its ambitions for the remainder of the season.
