Adansihene to be buried on February 01 at Fomena

Fomena (Ash), Jan 2, GNA – Nana Ofori Agyeman II, the Adansihene who passed away July 2005, would be buried at midnight on Thursday, February 1 at Fomena, the traditional seat of the Adansi State. Nana Assiama Guahyia Ababio, the Edubiasehene and acting President of the Adansi Traditional Council, who announced this at an emergency meeting of the Council at Fomena last Saturday, said all forms of funerals have been banned in the Adansi State from January 22 to February 2. The late Adansihene, 69, ruled from 1997 to 2005.
