Ace Ankomah calls on government to take action as pupils wade through water to school

Legal practitioner Ace Kojo Anan Ankomah is calling on government to take the necessary action in helping a community in the Volta Region where school children are seen wading through a stream in a video posted by him on Facebook.

In a heartfelt message on Facebook to the current government the lawyer said, “Dear Mr. Government: I dunno exactly where this is. But it is Ghana, and it breaks my heart. Do something”.

It is unclear where exactly this is happening but the children are heard speaking Ewe which could probably mean they are from the Volta Region.

In the video, some children wearing uniforms are seen carrying others around their necks just to cross the stream to their destination with an elderly man directing their movement as they wade through the water.
