Accra Brewery donates to students of Jayee University College

Accra, March 25, GNA – Accra Brewery Limited (ABL)

has presented assorted drinks to Jayee University College

Student Representative Council (SRC) in Accra. The drinks made up of Castle Milk Stout, Milk Malt and

Malta Guinness was to support the SRC Week celebration and

the launch of a school bus project. Mr Samuel Obiri Yeboah, Marketing Manager of ABL who

presented the drinks, said it formed part of the social

responsibilities of the company to ensure quality education in

the country. He commended the students for their efforts to raise the

image of the college and advised them to study hard to achieve

their aim in life adding, 93education is the only key that can help

one move to higher status in society”. Mr Yeboah assured the students’ of the company’s

continued support. Ms Louisa Atta Agyemang, President of the SRC who

received the drinks thanked ABL for their kind gesture. She noted that the college for the past years had been

without a bus making student activities very difficult on

campus and therefore appealed for more assistance to

purchase the facility. The celebration begins on Wednesday, March 30 with a

float throughout the principal streets of Accra, clean up

exercise at Mallam market, donation to the Weija Leprosarium,

lectures, pool party and a thanksgiving service on Sunday,

April 3.
