Accra, July 21, GNA – The Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) All-Share Index, the main market indicator, dropped by 4.73 points from 6,265.33 points to 6,260.60 points during Wednesday’s trading.
The Change Year to Date was 12.35 points.
Traded volume was 296,737 shares valued at GH¢83,590.65. Of the 13 equities that sold shares, Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI) led the pack with 172,100 shares valued at GH¢24,094.00.
On the broader market, there were three losers and three gainers. Fan Milk Limited (FML) lost GH¢0.31 to close trading at GHc7.19; Cal Bank Limited (CAL) and Ghana Commercial Bank Limited (GCB) slid GH¢0.01 each to close trading at GH¢0.27 and GH¢1.50 respectively.
Enterprise Insurance Company Limited (EIC) led the gainers with a price increase of GH¢0.03 to close trading at GH¢1.39; while Produce Buying Company Limited (PBC) and State Insurance Company Limited (SIC) appreciated by GH¢0.01 each to close trading at GH¢0.13 and GH¢0.37 respectively.
Market Capitalisation was GH¢18,180.90 million from 17.48 million issued shares.
