One person has been killed and few others injured after the brake of a Cargo Truck failed at a Police Checkpoint at Sefwi Wiawso around on yesterday.
Reports indicate that the driver and the mate jumped off the Truck when they realized the brake had developed a fault.
After the two had jumped, it rammed into a nearby structure resulting in the death of a man believed to be in his 30s.
The body of the deceased has since been deposited in the mortuary whilst the injured including the driver and his mate are receiving treatment at the hospital.
