Four persons have been wounded due to stone throwing during a scuffle between the Abudus and the Andanis in Yendi yesterday. The situation was brought under control by the security personnel deployed in Yendi, but no arrest was made. All the four persons, three of whom are Andanis, are members of the Zohi-Na, Mahamudu Salifu’s family. While the fourth person, an Abudu from the late Zohi-Na’s family, was treated and discharged at the Yendi District Hospital.
