The death is announced of Mr. Benjamin K. Abankroh at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), Kumasi on Friday 2 January 2004.
The late Abankroh was the first Senior Housemaster of Opoku Ware Secondary School, Kumasi and later Assistant Headmaster of Sunyani Secondary School in the early 1960s.
He also served as Headmaster of Sefwi Wiaso Secondary School in the 1970s and was subsequently transferred to Jachie-Pramso Secondary School, which he developed from scratch.
