Founder and General Overseer of the International Central Gospel Church, Dr Mensa Otabil has likened people in a bad marriage to toothache.
According to the pastor, anyone who finds himself in a bad marriage is like someone suffering from toothache because of the trauma and pain the person goes through.
He made it known that marriage is a good thing but the best for one to be happy is by marrying a good person and not someone who will be hurting you every day.
Dr. Mensa Otabil who advised his followers on facebook about marriage in his daily inspirational quote on February 27, posted, “It’s good to marry but it’s better to marry a good person, else your marriage will be like a toothache”.
People who have suffered and suffer from toothache can attest to how painful it is to be in that situation, which normally has significant impact on one’s sleep, eating habits and other daily activities, which can also be said for people in a bad marriage.
