Accra The Upper East Regional Director of Education has been summoned to Accra for necessary action to be taken on the registration of students of Chiana Senior Secondary School for the 1997 SSS examinations. A statement issued in Accra today by Mr S. K. Obeng, Director- General, Ghana Education Service, said the district director has also been summoned to submit a report on the disappearance of the headmaster of Chiana SSS. They will also discuss the appointment of an acting Headmaster. The students are reported not to have been registered for this year’s examinations due to the disappearance of their headmaster.
