Congratulatory message to Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo

Congratulations are in order on the occasion of your victory in the NPP primary elections. We hope that you will continue your work on refining democracy in Ghana and in our party as you have done in the past.

Now that the dust has finally settled, it is important to emphasize the need for your administration to be more aggressive than ever before to pursue policies, projects and programs that will ensure that we have achieved a middle income status within the next decade. We also hope that you will work to integrate all Ghanaians; living in Ghana and in the Diaspora into the building of the economy. These and other things are what fueled our campaign and we hope that we will have the opportunity to work with your administration in achieving this for the country. Most importantly we hope that your administration will implement programs that will help eliminate the filthy conditions surrounding our households and make us healthier.

We are very certain that your leadership will bring us refreshing progress and we are committed to supporting you. We will make ourselves available at any time to help in the building of our party and our country.

This is a special call as well to all party members to dissolve all splinter groups to work under one umbrella. There is more work ahead.

Nana, we congratulate you on your election victory.
