Horror – 21 human skulls dumped at Teshie

The Daily Graphic reports on its front-page that the Homicide Unit of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), of the Ghana Police Service is investigating the circumstances, which led to the dumping of 21 human skulls t the Teshie Composite Plant site last Sunday.

No arrest has been made so far but the police are said to be making strenuous efforts to establish where the skulls were picked from and why they were dumped there in a sack.

CID Homicide Unit Head, Mr. Yaw Adu, said his office was informed on Monday that sack containing human skulls had been dumped at the site.

He said a number of personnel were quickly despatched to the place where they saw and collected the skulls and some bottled which were in the sack. The team, he said met only a watchman who seemed to know nothing about it.

A truck driver, Tawiah Odonkor, who dumped the refuse that containing the sack, has been invited by the police since Wednesday, but is yet to show up.
