Odoben Senior High School PTA donates a bus and computer

Odoben(CR), Nov. 18, GNA – The Executive Committee of Parent Teacher Association of Odoben Senior High School has donated a 207 Benz Bus, Xerographer Printer and Computer with accessories valued at about 16,050 Ghana cedis to authorities of the school at Odoben. The cost of the bus was 15,000 Ghana cedis while the other items were valued at 1,050 Ghana cedis.

Mr Felix Koranteng, PTA Chairman presenting the keys and items said the donation was to enhance teaching and learning in the school. He urged the authorities and students to ensure regular maintenance of the bus and items to prolong their life span. Mr Albert Kwesi Saeed, Headmaster of the school receiving the items, expressed appreciation to the PTA for their kind gesture and pledged to utilise them effectively.

He appealed to parents to pay their children’s school fees on time to ensure smooth administration in the school. Mr Saeed noted that delay in payment of school fees did not only make administration very difficult but also created problems and inconvenience for authorities and students. 18 Nov. 07
