Ex Warrant Officer II Ebenzer Quaynor, a security Officer with the National Security Council has been sentenced to death by hanging for the murder of an Agricultural Officer in a road rage incident.
On the 24the of June last year, Quaynor shot dead Maurice Kpiebarreh, an official of the Ministry of Agriculture who was attending a course at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration after a slight traffic incident.
