T’Poly students file injunction against exams

Takoradi, July 16, GNA – The Students Representative Council (SRC) of Takoradi Polytechnic at the weekend filed a motion of an order of interim injunction at a Sekondi High Court to restrain management from conducting second semester examinations.

The court would decide on the motion on July 26.

As a result of the motion, many students of the Polytechnic were not prepared to write the examination, which started on July 16. In separate interviews with a cross section of the students, they told the Ghana News Agency that they would not write t he examination until the court decides on the motion.

However, many of them later changed their mind and wrote the examination, which started two hours late.
