Kasoa Health Centre receives assistance

Kasoa (C/R), July 13, GNA- Agyenkwa Bread Bakery in Kasoa has donated a generating plant at the cost of 15 million cedis to the Kasoa Health Centre to facilitate its operation during black-outs.

Mrs. Ruth Yeboah, Manageress of the Bakery who made the presentation on behalf of the company said they were moved to go to the aid of the Centre, which serves the people in the area, to overcome its electricity problems during blackouts.

Mr. George Asante, medical Officer in-charge of the Centre received the generator and commended the donors for their kind gesture, adding that the Centre would put it to good use.

Mr. Asante appealed to other benevolent Organisations to come to the aid of the Centre by donating benches and other items. 13 July 07
