Buokruwa-Ashanti, June 05, GNA – Madam Amma Fosuaa 43, a farmer from Buokruwa in the Ahafo-Ano South District of Ashanti Region was trapped to death during a heavy downpour in the town last weekend. Mr Emmanuel Adu Gyamfi, Father of the deceased, told Ghana News Agency that the deceased went to the farm for some foodstuffs but failed to return after the downpour.
He said a search party found the deceased trapped under a tree and the corpse deposited at Bechem Government Hospital for autopsy.
