Accra, June 2, GNA – The Council of State has sent a message of congratulation to King Tackie Tawiah III, the new Ga Mantse on his successful coronation.
Mr. Sampson Adjei, Secretary to the Council, signed the message to the King, known in private life as Dr Jo Blankson. It said, “The Council decided that this congratulatory letter be sent to you on your ascending to the high throne of your ancestors.” The Council urged him to use his position to ensure that all vacant stools in the Ga Traditional Area were filled and to endeavour to unite all factions within the area to maintain peace.
