NPP Deadline for submission of Nomination Forms

Accra, April 12, GNA – The New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Thursday extended the date for the submission of Parliamentary Primaries Nomination Forms for constituencies without sitting NPP Members of Parliament to Tuesday 17th April.
In a statements signed by Nana Ohene Ntow, NPP General Secretary, the postponement was due to the numerous requests for an extension of the deadline for the submission of the Parliamentary Primaries Nomination Forms.
“The National Steering Committee hereby informs all affected Regions and Constituencies that the deadline for the submission of Application Forms to the constituency centres has been postponed to Tuesday, 17th April 2007,” it stated.
It said all regional and Constituency offices were to ensure that the exercise was smoothly carried out and date for the vetting of aspirants and that for the holding of primaries would be announced later.
