Atwima-Nwabiagya photographers union inaugurated

Abuakwa (Ash), Dec 19, GNA – A branch of the Ghana Union of Professional Photographers (GUPP) in the Atwima-Nwabiagya district has been inaugurated at Abuakwa.

Mr. Martin Mandela Donkor, Ashanti Regional Chairman of the Union, who performed the ceremony, noted that it was important for members to come together and work in unity to build a formidable front. He observed that photography was a profession that cannot be separated from any aspect of human life.

Mr Donkor therefore called on the members to attach the necessary artistic touch to the profession. In a welcoming address, Mr Charles Darko, the Branch Chairman, called on members to abide by the code of conduct of the profession and advised them to be cautious as they work during the Christmas.
