Christian organization builds school blocks for Communities

Mafi Kpordiwlor (V/R), Dec. 16 GNA– The Biblical Discipleship and Growth Ministry, an International Christian Organization has embarked on the construction of two classroom blocks and water reservoir each at Mafi Kpordiwlor in the North Tongu District and Adaklu Ahonkope in the Adaklu Anyoigbe District at the cost 224 million cedis. The classroom blocks are to be used as kindergarten for the children in the two communities.

Pastor Senyo Cudjoe Executive Director of the Organization, who took newsmen round the projects, which were near completion hoped the projects would be handed over to the communities by the end of the year. He said the Organization took into consideration the plight of the people living in the two communities who lacked water and classroom blocks for their children.

Pastor Cudjoe hoped the people would put the projects to good use when completed.

He called on Non-Governmental Organizations operating in the Volta Region to help provide basic amenities in some of the poverty stricken communities in the region.
