Okwahuman Association in Switzerland donate ambulances

The Okwahuman Association in Switzerland, shipped 2 (two) modern ambulances designated to the Atibie Government Hospital in Kwahu traditional area, and the Agogo Presbyterian Hospital .in Ashanti- Akim. (See photos)

A statement issued by the Association and signed by its President, Dr. Abena Adjepong, indicated that the ambulance being allocated to Agogo Hospital in Ashanti region is part of the association’s demonstrative program aimed at promoting unity in Ghana.

“Both ambulances will serve useful purposes and go a long way to supplementing Ghana ‘Government’s efforts to up-grade health standards of its citizens”, it declared

Speaking in a telephone interview later, Dr. Adjepong shed additional light on the Okwahuman Association’s collaboration with the West African Rescue Association (WARA), a non-profit Organization based in Ghana.
