Accra, Oct 25, GNA – Dr Owusu Achaw Duah, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) candidate on Tuesday polled 20,763 votes representing 65.52 per cent of the total valid votes of 31,690 cast, to win the Offinso South parliamentary bye-election.
