The Ghana Education Service (GES) has declared Tuesday, September 26 a holiday for all basic schools throughout the country.
A statement issued to the Ghana News Agency in Accra, and signed by Mr Michael Kenneth Nsowah, Acting Director-General of the GES, asked all heads of basic schools to observe the day as such due to the District Assembly Elections scheduled for the day.
