Loans must be repaid for others to benefit

Ashaiman, Aug 04, GNA – Mr Robert Ngisah, the National

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Credit Union Association

of Ghana (CUA), has reiterated the need for credit union members

to repay loans promptly to enable others to benefit. Mr Ngisah said they would be doing a great disservice to

the union if they failed to repay loans granted them. He made the call at the opening of new offices for

Ultitrust Savings and Credit Union at Ashaiman New Town on

Thursday. Mr Ngisah urged staff of Ultitrust Credit Union to step up their

membership drive efforts to help strengthen the capital base of the

union. Mr Godwin Govi, the Co-operative Officer in charge of

Credit Union in the Tema Municipality who presented the Certificate

of Registration to Ultitrust Credit Union, said the certificate gave the
