Launch of Compassion Centre

The Compassion Centre, an orphanage in Sunyani in the Brong-Ahafo Region of Ghana, will formally launch its partnership with Ghana Tours, operators of charter flights to Ghana at the offices of the Ghana High Commission in London.

The event will be held at 4.00pm on Thursday 25 May, 2006 at the 13 Belgrave Square, London, SWIX 8PN.

His Excellency Mr. Isaac Osei, the out-going Ghana?s High Commissioner to the UK will perform the launch.

Founded by Rev. Charlotte Kwarteng in 1995, Compassion Centre?s vision is to help combat poverty by providing a unique opportunity for abandoned and orphaned children in the Brong-Ahafo Region to acquire education and learn vocations skills.

All Ghanaians are cordially invited to the launch.
