Samahuu (W/R) April 18-GNA-The people of Samahuu near Tarkwa were this morning horrified to see a five-month-old aborted foetus at a refuse dump.
The foetus in addition to the afterbirth was left at that location.
The owner of the foetus was not immediately known.
According to Maama Abena Mansa, a citizen of the town said she was going to dump refuse when she saw it and raised an alarm. Speaking to GNA here, Nana Araba Queenmother of the town admitted that of late there had been a lot of teenage pregnancies in the town.
She promised to advise the young girls to abstain from abortion because it was dangerous to their health and also a disgrace to the community.
