Ashanti GJA shocked about the death of a colleague

Kumasi, April 10, GNA – The Ashanti regional branch of the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) has expressed grief over the death of Mr Philip Sibeko, an editor at the Kumasi office of the Ghana News Agency (GNA).

A statement signed by the Regional Chairman of the Association, Mr Samuel Ennin and issued in Kumasi on Monday, said the entire executive and members of the Association received the death of Mr Sibeko with shock on Saturday, April 1.

It extended the Association’s condolences to the bereaved family and the management and staff of the GNA.

The statement prayed that the good Lord would console the family and protect the soul of the departed colleague at all times.
