Tamale Hospital records six births on New Year’s Day

Tamale, Jan. 1, GNA – The Tamale Teaching Hospital recorded six births, three girls and three boys, on New Year’s Day. One of the girls however died a few hours after birth. Hajia Adisa Haruna, Senior Midwifery Superintendent at the Hospital told the GNA that three of the children were delivered through Caesarean section.

She said the mothers and their babies were doing well.
