NPP Accident victim buried

Wa, Dec.20, GNA – Burial took place at the Wa public cemetery on Tuesday of Gordon Sulemani Najuah, 38, an activist of the New Patriotic Party in the Wa Central Constituency who died in a motor accident on the Techiman-Wenchi road last Sunday. Najuah and his colleagues were ret urning to Wa from Accra after attending the NPP national delegates conference, when the bus on which they were travelling collided with a pick-up and a taxi.

According to Mr John Donkor, Constituency Organizer who was also on the bus, the impact of the collision forced the door of the bus to open and the deceased who was sitting close to the door fell off and the rear tyre ran over killing him instantly.

Among the large crowd of mourners and sympathizers at the burial included Mr Ambrose Dery, Upper West Regional Minister, Alhaji Abubakari Abdul-Rahman, Upper West NPP Regional Chairman and other party executives. The deceased left behind a child and a pregnant wife.
